On September 28, more than 300 century -old golden sanctuary trees in Xizhengshan Village, Dajie Street, Beilun District, Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province have been opened, and the entire village is filled with the aroma of osmanthus.

The cultivation of osmanthus in Xilianshan Village has a long history. According to legend, osmanthus was native to Lin'an during the Southern Song Dynasty, and the wealthy businessman Ma Qing and his wife Gui were carried here. The planting area continued to expand. The osmanthus varieties in Xizhenshan Village include Jin Gui, Yingui, and Siquan Gui. When the year is good, a cinnamon tree can harvest more than 100 kilograms of flowers.

Xizhenshan Village is known as the "Zhejiang Guihua First Village". There are more than 300 century -old golden cinnamon trees in the village, and the oldest tree is more than 450 years old. According to local villagers, osmanthus will be opened on September 25 this year, and the National Day holiday is the best flower appreciation period.
