The theme of this competition is divided into three major categories: ice and snow tourism, scenery, and folk customs. The collection of works is used for online submission. The solicitation time is from September 28th to November 8th. The selection of works adopts online voting and expert review. The first prize of the contest is 10,000 yuan.
