In order to promote the construction of Culture Zhejiang, the cultural tourism brand of "The Road to the East of Zhejiang" is now launched to carry out the theme creative activities of the "East of Zhejiang Tang Poetry" in the country.

(1) Works. Chinese painting works are unlimited. The size is not less than eight square meters. Encourage boutique and masterpieces.

(2) Theme. Focusing on the theme of "The Road to the East of Zhejiang", showing the magnificent natural scenery and rich humanistic style of the "poetic road culture belt", brightering cultural mountains, humanistic waters, forest ancient roads, historical sites, famous towns, poetry roads, poetry roads Gucun and other poetry roads "Pearls", created a group of outstanding works reflecting the "Poetry of the Tang Dynasty Tang Dynasty Poems in the East of Zhejiang", which launched the golden business card of "Poetry and Painting Zhejiang".

(3) subject matter. The main theme is based on Taizhou's "Road to the East of Zhejiang". The reference scope is as follows:

1. Famous mountain scenery: Tiantai Mountain, Chicheng Mountain, Huading Mountain, Qiongtai Xiangu, Shiliang Waterfall, Shenxianju, Jing Xingyan, Kuang Cangshan and so on.

2. Ancient roads: Nanhuang Ancient Road, Xiang Si Dao, Shifengxi, Yong'an Creek, Lingjiang, Yongning River, Jiaojiang and so on.

3. Historical ruins: Guoqing Temple, Tongbai Palace, Ziyang Street, Jiangnan Great Wall, Taizhou Mansion, Luobin King Temple, etc.

4. Shilu Ancient Village: Tashu Village, Zhang Si Village, Hanyan Village, Laotan Ancient Town, Gaoqian Village, etc.

5. Historical celebrities and non -genetic legends: Sima Chengyu, Master Wise, Ziyang Real Person Zhang Bo Duan, Monk and Story, Feng Qian, etc., Liu Ruan Yu Xian, Han Shanzhi, Ji Gong Legend, Linhai paper -cutting, Yellow Sand Lion, Xianju lanterns, etc.

Other works that can be extended to the corresponding paintings of Tang poetry and Song Ci describing Taizhou.

5. Activity arrangement

(1) Symposium:

1. For the national artists associations and above, all members of the Provincial Artists Association and above in Chinese painting, master's degrees, doctoral students, and art workers with a master's degree or above of art colleges can participate. Send the photos of the entry to the designated mailbox. After the expert group is selected, the original work will be sent to the selection. The selection results were announced in late October.

2. This event has 4 first -class collection works, with a collection fee of 30,000 yuan; 8 second -class collection works, 20,000 yuan in collection; 12 third -class collection works, 10,000 yuan in collection fees. 40 works on the exhibition, no collection fee. All collection works are collected by the Taizhou Culture, Radio, Television Tourism and Sports Bureau and issued to the corresponding collection certificate. The entry works will be issued by the organizer.

3. Collection and exhibition works participate in exhibition and edit works. After the exhibition exhibition, the exhibition is returned, and the work is not selected after the exhibition.

4. The works created or exhibited by artists in the past can be submitted by the works that meet the theme of this event.

5. The author who is interested in participating in the draft can sign up for the "Road to East Zhejiang Tang Poetry -Art Creation Wind Tour", which is recently organized by the Taizhou Culture, Radio and Television Tourism and Sports Bureau, and subsidies. (2) Draft: The organizers must come to Taizhou to collect the wind from well -known artists inside and outside the province. In July, the list of invitation to the painter was determined to go to Taizhou to sketch and create. The contract was delivered before September 27.

6. Exhibition

It is planned to hold the theme exhibition of art works of the "20th Congress of Painting the Gongfu Road" in Taizhou in October 2022. About 80 works.

All collections and exhibition works will be compiled "Collection of theme Art Works of Tang Poetry Road in East Zhejiang".

Seven, review

Refer to the management measures for the collection of art collections in Zhejiang Province and the collection system of Taizhou Painting and Calligraphy Institute, and establish an art work review committee of not less than three people to review the drafts and draft works. Provide business consultation and suggestions.

Within the scope of the project funding permit, according to the achievements and artistic value of the artist, the specifications, category materials and levels of the work, the recommendation of the collection cost of the contract for the collection of the drafts is collectively discussed and signed by the review committee. After the procedure is confirmed, the payment fee is finally determined.

Eight, others

(1) The exhibit works are the original works of the author. It is strictly forbidden to use high imitation, plagiarism of others, and replication of their own works to participate in the exhibition. Otherwise, any legal dispute or responsibility caused by the author shall be responsible for the author.

(2) The organization has the right to exhibition, research, photography, video, publishing and publicity; the collection unit has copyright and ownership of collecting works.

(3) The author who sends works and participates in the review and exhibitors shall be deemed to have confirmed and complied with the provisions of this draft notation. The right to interpret this notation belongs to the organization.
