In order to raise fiscal funds and support the development of the national economy and social undertakings, the Ministry of Finance decided to issue a 2022 -year -old accounting attachment (sixteen) Treasury (5 years). The notice of the issuance of this issuance is as follows:

1. Publishing conditions

(1) variety and quantity. In this issue, Treasury bonds are 5 -year fixed interest rates, and the total competitive bidding face value is 85 billion yuan.

(2) Date arrangement. Bidding on July 22, 2022; interest calculation starts on July 25; distribution of bidding to July 25; and trading on July 27.

(3) Reduction arrangement. The interest of this issue of government bonds is paid annually. On July 25 (holidays, the same below), pay interest on July 25, and repay the principal on July 25, 2027 and pay the last interest.

(4) Competitive bidding time. July 22, 2022 10:35 to 11:35.

(5) Distribution fee. 0.08%of the underwriting face value.

2. Competitive bidding

(1) Tendering method. Adopt a modified multiple price bidding method, the target is interest rate.

(2) Limited. The bidding bids and bidding bidding bidding differences in each underwriting group are 80, 30, and 40 bids.

3. Payment of issuance of issuance

A member of the winning underwriting team will be issued to the designated account of the Ministry of Finance on July 25, 2022 (including July 25). The payment date is subject to the date of receiving the payment of the account designated by the Ministry of Finance.
