The commander of the army, the Minister of the Logistics Department of the Jinan Military Region, the deputy dean of the Logistics College, and the political commissioner, participated in the anti -US aid North Korea, contributed to the revolutionary, modern, and regular construction of the army.
Xu Sheng is the representative of the 6th and 8th National People's Congress, representative of the Ninth National People's Congress and a member of the Overseas Chinese Committee. He was awarded the rank of major general in 1988, promoted to the rank of lieutenant general in 1990, and was awarded the honorary chapter of the victory of the Chinese People's Liberation Army.
