Yellow River Humou Waterfall Tourist Area became the 12th National 5A Tourist Scenic Area in Shaanxi

The Ministry of Culture and Tourism recently issued an announcement that 12 scenic spots, including the Yellow River Putou Waterfall Tourist Area, have become national 5A -level tourist attractions. The Yellow River Hugou Waterfall Tourist Area has become the 12th national 5A -level tourist attraction in Shaanxi.

The Yellow River Hugou Waterfall Tourist Area is located in the middle of the Qin -Jin Grand Canyon. It is the largest yellow waterfall in the world. Especially every summer and autumn, the mouth of the Yellow River pot is affected by rainfall and reservoir water adjustment in the middle of the Yellow River. The water flow will increase to about 2000 cubic meters per second, and it will form a waterfall group landscape of hundreds of meters, which is spectacular.

As of now, there are 12 5A -level scenic spots in Shaanxi, namely: Xi'an Qinshi Emperor Terracotta Warriors and Horse Museum, Xi'an Datang Pagoda Furong Park Scenic Area, Xi'an Daming Palace Tourist Scenic Area, Xi'an Huaqing Palace Scenic Area, Xi'an City Wall · Beilin History History History Cultural Scenic Area, Huashan Scenic Area, Weinan City, Famen Temple Cultural Scenic Area, Baoji City Taibai Mountain Tourism Scenic Area, Yan'an Huangdi Mausoleum Scenic Area, Yan'an Revolutionary Memorial Scenic Area, Shangluo Jinsixia Scenic Area, and the Yellow River announced on July 15th Putou Waterfall Tourist Area.
