According to Ms. Li, her daughter Chen Hui was 17 years old. She studied in Shufeng, Luzhou City, and was in an internship in a pharmacy in Longma Tan District in the summer vacation. On the morning of June 29, Chen Huiru usually went to work, and then lost contact. When Ms. Li couldn't contact her daughter to go to the pharmacy to ask, she learned that Chen Hui did not go to work on the pharmacy that day.

On June 29th, Ms. Li kept calling Chen Hui, but always showed a shutdown state. She asked Chen Hui's teachers, classmates, friends, etc. to ask, but no one knew the whereabouts of Chen Hui. In desperation, Ms. Li called the 110 police call. The police positioned through her mobile phone and found that the last signal in Chen Hui's hand was in Vientiane. Ms. Li and her husband hurried to look around Vientiane Hui to find nothing but found nothing.
