After investigation, the well entrance of the mud water is located in a gentle slope section, and the downstream direction of the pipeline near the well estuary is blocked, causing mud water to emerge from the well entrance.

After the staff of Tianyuan District Municipal Maintenance Center docked with the Water Company, they learned that there was no water supply pipes along the Xingziyu Road and the surrounding areas that day, and the situation of the water supply pipeline was excluded. The possibility of stolen stolen stolen, but Xingzi Lu Road has not been handed over, the distribution of the sewage pipe network is unknown, and the source of mud water has not been found.

According to the municipal personnel, the mud water generated by the construction site needs to be discharged into the urban sewage pipe network after the precipitation pool is settled, and the stolen is prohibited.
