In the past few days, the Social Legal Committee of the CPPCC has conducted research and consultation on the work of "one village (community) and one legal consultant" in our district.

In order to widely understand the situation, the research team has entered Lanshantou Street and Huangdun Town one after another to conduct field inspections of typical fishery villages and agricultural villages. Everywhere, the research team listened to the report, reviewed the files, inquired about the village conditions, and carefully prepared opinions and suggestions.

In the Golden Niuling Community of Lanshan Toutou Street, the research team held a symposium on the mediation of contradictions and disputes in fishery production. Relevant departments and units introduced the results and existing problems in the current work in detail, and members of the CPPCC expressed their opinions from different angles. The research team pointed out that the fishery production in Lanshan District is at a key node of transformation and upgrading, raising the legal awareness of the masses, and creating a strong atmosphere of understanding and abiding by the law. It is an important means to ensure the high -quality development of fisheries. Based on the actual situation of local production, it is necessary to effectively resolve the difficulty of governance and blocking points.

In Huangdun Town, the research team and legal consultant representatives and villagers represent representatives, understand the development of daily work, contradictory mediation skills, mediation effects, etc., and listen to the needs and expectations of the villagers. It is believed that the overall work of the town's "one village (community) and one legal adviser" is solid in place, showing the solid work style of the legal adviser team, and played an important role in protecting the personal interests of the masses and maintaining social stability.

In October 2017, the "one village (community) and one legal consultant" was implemented in the district. After five years, from the continuous improvement of the masses' awareness rate, to the continuous maturity of the legal consultant team, to the exploration of standardized management, the implementation of this system has played an important role in grassroots social governance, which resolves the contradictions of the grassroots, promotes social stability, enhances improvement The happiness of the masses plays a "calm agent" role.
