Twenty years ago, my country's first deep -sea manned submersible "Dragon Dragon" was officially established. At that time, Ye Cong, who had just graduated from university, was selected into the project team to be responsible for the space layout and operation process design. At that time, it was still blank in the country.

To be a 7000 -meter -teller submersible, the technical problems facing are not just the increase in numbers, and the problems such as high pressure, sealing, corrosion resistance are urgently needed. With an unconvinced strength, Ye Cong devoteed himself to studying the most important design drawings at each stage. At the same time, my country's second deep -sea manned submersible "Deep Sea Warrior" was set up simultaneously, and Ye Cong was fully responsible for the overall design work.

After eight years of hard work, in 2017, the "Deep Sea Warriors" successfully completed the sea trial work and delivered the acceptance, and the degree of localization reached 95%. With the technical accumulation of the "Dragon" and the "Deep Sea Warriors", my country's deep -sea extreme equipment manufacturing capabilities are also constantly breaking through. On November 10, 2020, the "Struggler" was successfully sitting in the Mariana Trench, with a depth of 10,909 meters, and once again set a new record for China's manned deep dive. Ye Cong said that he has experienced the research and development of a variety of types of submersibles in his career, which is rare. He is lucky to catch up with the best era of Chinese manned deep dive.
