According to@Shenyang Public Security Bureau, on July 16th, the netizen "Wang Chengcheng" posted on the video platform to take a group photo with his father in a police dress and the video with a helicopter as the background that caused heated discussions on netizens. The joint investigation team of Shenyang City Discipline Inspection and Supervision Department conducted a survey. The survey was as follows:

1. The netizen "Wang Chengcheng", the real name Wang Moucheng, 31 years old. His father, Wang Moujiang, retired in February 2022. He was originally a coach of a squadron of the patrol detachment of the Shenyang Public Security Bureau. In 2010, he withdrew from the section -level leadership position due to illness.

2. The background helicopter used by the netizen "Wang Chengcheng" to shoot the video is H155 civilian helicopter affiliated with Liaoning Tongfei General Aviation Co., Ltd.. The aircraft was parked at Caihuang Civil Airport in Faku County. The daily management and maintenance of the company were responsible for the company. Netizen "Wang Chengcheng" when filming the video, the company's general manager Lu, Lu, did not agree with his filming without authorization. In this regard, the group company has decided to remove the position of General Manager Lu.

3. Wang Moucheng started his own business in 2017 and married in 2021. His husband Zhao was a corporate legal person in Shenyang. During his job, his father, Wang Moujiang, had reported his daughter Wang Moucheng's business business in accordance with regulations.
