After the trial, the defendant unit signed a carbon exchange subscription agreement with the village committee of the Guyi Village Committee of the crime, and paid the 37,200 yuan carbon exchange value loss compensation. The funds will compensate for the relatively difficult forest farmers for local life to increase carbon exchange afforestation activities.
