The lawyer was unable to enter the court building after he was given the yellow code due to the prevention and control of the epidemic. The application online was rejected by the court. On July 17, the Shenzhen Guangming District Court of Shenzhen responded to the incident, suspended the positions of relevant personnel, and apologized to the lawyer.

On July 10, due to the prevention and control of the epidemic, somewhere in Huangpu District, Guangzhou, was designated as a temporary management and control zone. A female lawyer named Song was just working there. I was given yellow code.

On July 12, because there was a civil case that needed to be opened in Shenzhen, Lawyer Song repeatedly tried to contact the People's Court of Guangming District of Shenzhen to leave a message through a small program. It was hoped to change to the online court, but it did not get a clear reply. So she drove from Guangzhou to Shenzhen on the day of the trial. After arriving at the court downstairs, she couldn't enter.

After this incident broke out, it caused public attention. On the afternoon of July 17, the People's Court of Shenzhen Guangming District responded to the incident through the official Weibo that lawyer Song reported that the "yellow code" could not appear in court normally to participate in the lawsuit. The post of relevant personnel has been suspended and apologized to the lawyer.
