Section 1 Dance introduction

Essentials of leg movements: both feet are closer or opened, knees and knees bend downwards, the body is similar to a spring state, and the hips are tightened down;

Hand movement essentials: Use the elbow joint to lift the wrist to the chest, the distance between the hands must be opened;

Pay attention when the legs and hand movements are matched: the direction of the knee bending is the opposite of the direction of both hands.

Section 2 Dance Teaching (1)

The first footsteps teaching: the steps of the four different directions of the front and back of the feet;

The second footsteps teaching: kick the right foot forward to the appropriate height. At the same time, the left foot is moved backwards, the right foot falls on the slope of the left leg, and the left foot is opened to the left;
