The fourth in the world and the first professional freight airport in Asia, Ezhou Huahu Airport, was officially launched today (17th).From here, the 1.5 -hour flight circle can cover the five major national urban agglomerations including the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration and the Pearl River Delta urban agglomeration.Covering 90%of the country's economic aggregate, goods are expected to achieve the goal of "reaching the country a day and reaching the world overnight".

Ezhou Huahu Airport will mainly meet the needs of passenger transport during the day, and will focus on cargo airlines at night.The regional hub airport with no more than 100 kilometers, Wuhan Tianhe International Airport, forms a "dual hub" pattern of aviation passenger cargo.This year Huahu Airport will gradually open passenger routes from Ezhou to Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Xiamen, Chongqing, Chengdu, Kunming, Qingdao, Ningbo and other shipping routes.The throughput can reach 1 million, and the cargo and postal throughput is 2.45 million tons.
