NASA stated in a statement: "In order to ensure the continuous and safe operation of the international space station, protect the lives of astronauts and ensure that the United States continues to exist in space, NASA will restore the joint crew of the US manned spacecraft and the Russian Alliance."

According to the cooperation agreement, US astronaut Frankrubio will take the Alliance Rockets to the International Space Station with two Russian astronauts. The Rockets plans to launch from Kazakhstan on September 21.

As a exchange, Russian astronaut Annakikina will take the SpaceX spacecraft to the International Space Station with two American astronauts and a Japanese astronaut.

IT House learned that after the retirement of American aerospace aircraft in 2011, it only relied on Russia's Alliance to send US astronauts to the International Space Station. Until 2020, SpaceX's dragon spacecraft restored NASA's ability to transport astronauts. After the outbreak of the Russian and Ukraine War, the senior executives of the two sides appeared in language conflict, but did not completely disconnect.

NASA said today that the International Space Station has been designed to operate together under the participation of aerospace institutions in the United States, Russia, Europe, Japan, and Canada. "The design of the station is interdependent and rely on the contribution of each space institution to operate. No institution is capable of operating independently of other institutions."
