On June 28, the Gaoyi County Commission for Discipline Inspection ordered Wang Moumou, the chairman of Gaoyi Company to conduct an inspection, gave the deputy general manager Duan Mou, to give risk control and the Minister of Legal Affairs Gao Moumou's government affairs warning; Zhang Moumou, secretary of the Party Group and Director of the Planning Bureau, made an inspection, giving the party group members and deputy director Guo Moumou. The County Public Security Bureau deliberately conducted a case investigation on the relevant personnel of Hebei Anrui Real Estate Development Corporation.

After receiving the report, the High -tech Zone Ecological Environment Bureau conducted more than 30 inspections on the Haiyan Packaging Factory, and no problems were found and the results of the feedback from Liang Moumou. Liang Moumou still reported many times after getting a clear answer. On April 29, 2022, the High -tech Zone Public Security Bureau investigated and determined that Liang Moumou's behavior disrupted the normal production and government environmental monitoring order of the enterprise and detained its administrative detention for 10 days in accordance with the law.
