Recently, the Provincial Medical Security Bureau issued the "Notice on the Standards for the identification of chronic diseases and special diseases (2022) of Basic Medical Insurance Outpatient Clinic in Hebei Province" (Ji Yi Bao Zi [2022] No. 20) Notice of Diseases (Hebei Medical Insurance Regulations [2022] No. 4), according to the requirements of the document, starting from August 1, the provincial level will implement the province's unified outpatient slow special disease review and identification standard, and increase some outpatient slowness slowly Special disease disease. In order to achieve the effective connection of the new and old identification standards and the disease policies, after research, the "provincial -level outpatient clinic slow special disease application platform" (referred to as the platform) was suspended from the application service from 17:00 on July 19 to 9:00 on August 1. The relevant matters are notified as follows.

1. During the suspension of the platform from 17:00 on July 19th to 9:00 on August 1, the insured persons cannot apply for the platform for outpatient slow special diseases for the time being; If the medical institution is submitted on -site information, please be submitted before 17:00 on July 24th. The results of the review will be displayed after August 1. If you have not arrived on the spot for verification, after the platform is updated on August 1, the insured persons need to re -apply online and review them in accordance with the new identification standards.

2. During the suspension of the platform application side, it does not affect the continuous application of the designated medical institutions (referred to as the evaluation hospital) on the platform review side of the provincial -level outpatient clinics. Each review hospital shall accelerate the progress of the review, and the medical insurance management department must urge the reviewing physicians to be reviewed by the review cases to be reviewed by July 24. After all the information to be reviewed, the medical insurance management department shall select the host department and review physician in accordance with the regulations, and complete the declaration by July 28.
