On July 16th, the reporter learned from the Meteorological Wealth Station of Shandong Province that due to the influence of the low vortex cut line, from the early morning of the 16th to the afternoon, the major rainstorms in Heze, southern Jining, and southern Liaocheng appeared in the heavy rain. Texas, Jinan, Tai'an, Zaozhuang , Linyi and Zibo and other cities appeared in cities such as thunderstorms or showers.

According to the precipitation data of the Shandong Meteorological Observatory, from 02:00 to 16:00 on the 16th, a total of 85 counties (districts and cities) and 1179 towns in the province appeared, with an average precipitation of 9.8 mm. The average rainfall of each city is: Heze 53.2 mm, Liaocheng 32.4 mm, Jining 25.2 mm, Zaozhuang 7.7 mm, Texas 5.7 mm, Tai'an 5.5 mm, Jinan 2.3 mm, and Linyi 1.8 mm. The rainfall in the top 3 meteorological monitoring stations is in Heze, with a maximum of 148.8 mm at Shilou Station in Heze Shanxian.

It is expected that from the night of the 16th to the 17th, the east of Jining, Zaozhuang, Linyi, and Rizhao weather are so heavy to heavy rain and thunder and lightning.
