1. Standardize meteorological early warning forecast information expressions. When the meteorological departments at all levels release the forecast and early warning and statistical analysis information involving urban drainage and waterlogging prevention, it is necessary to clearly express the maximum hourly rainfall (millimeter/hour), the maximum 24 -hour rainfall (millimeter/24 hours), and the process rainfall (millimeter millimeter (millimeters )Wait. When issuing a public rainfall warning signal for the public, it is necessary to announce the rainfall corresponding to the level of blue, yellow, orange, and red warning signals and preventive measures that the public needs.

2. Standardize the design standards of rainwater pipe canal and the expression of waterlogging prevention standards. The competent departments such as housing and urban and rural construction (drainage) at all levels, in accordance with the "Outdoor Drainage Design Standards" (GB50014), determine and release the design standards of rainwater pipe canal in the region and the standards for waterlogging.
