On July 16th, a merchant in Linjiang in Taihe Town told reporters that he heard about it, but did not know the current rescue situation. The merchant also introduced that he had heard the alert of the upstream dam opening on the same day.

According to the staff of the Taihe Town Government, three people were washed away on the evening of the 15th, and the three were not older. At present, two people have been salvaged, and one person is still lost. Regarding the opening of the gate, the staff member stated that the alarm had been pulled 3 times before the upstream opening, and the staff went to the downstream to urge tourists to leave, and there was a life -saving circle and other equipment on the shore.
