In recent years, Changyi City has been committed to the transformation and upgrading of the energy structure, adhered to the development direction of "Xianghai Mapo", seized the strategic opportunities of "dual carbon", and made full use of the advantages of coastal location to vigorously develop new energy industries such as wind power, photovoltaic, and biomass. A number of "national characters" and "central characters" enterprises such as China Huadian, China Huaneng, Three Gorges New Energy, and Guohua Energy gathered in the northern part of Changyi to help the development of new energy.

The 100MW Yuguang complementary project in Xiayi Town, Changyi is the first batch of "fishing light complement" projects in Shandong Province. The complementary fishing light is the construction of abandoned salt fields and abandoned sea cucumber breeding pools. After flatness and maintenance of abandoned salt fields and abandoned sea cucumber breeding pools, fishery breeding facilities and photovoltaic power generation facilities are completed and put into operation.

Here it can be described as "one place and two uses" that can really achieve "upper power generation and under breeding". Since the completion of production in June 2016, photovoltaic power generation has been operated by third -party professional institutions, and fishery breeding facilities are contracted by professional breeding companies for sea cucumber and sea shrimp breeding. At present, 140 million kilowatt -hours of clean power can be provided each year, which is equivalent to saving 42,000 tons of standard coal and reducing carbon dioxide 110,000 tons, achieving a win -win situation for social, economic and environmental benefits.

Focusing on the target of carbon neutralization and carbon peaks, Changyi vigorously promoted the construction of new energy projects, extended the industrial chain, and simultaneously promoted new formats such as offshore land wind power, "photovoltaic+fisheries", and domestic waste incineration power generation.

The new energy industry is not only on the coast, but also on the "dark blue". Changyi seized the "commanding heights" of new energy development and accelerated the two offshore wind farms. The total installed capacity was 800,000 kilowatts, and the annual power generation was about 2.5 billion kilowatt -hours.

At present, Changyi has more than 170 new energy companies to build a new energy industry cluster. As of the end of 2021, the total installed capacity of wind power and photovoltaic power generation was 434,500 kilowatts, and the total annual power generation was 600 million kilowatt -hours. The increasingly clear new energy industry system and industrial cluster have gathered surging motivation for Changyi's new round of high -quality development, and glowing with new vitality.
