After the disaster, the Beichuan County Party Committee and the County Government organized the masses to divert danger and carry out rescue and rescue.At 5 am on July 16th, Li Haotian, secretary of the Beichuan County Party Committee, led the rescue forces of fire, transportation, emergency, health, and other departments to rush to Baishixiang to carry out on -site dispatch and organize rescue.
