Recently, the domestic epidemic situation is severe and complicated. Input epidemic conditions have also experienced in many places in Henan Province. In accordance with the relevant requirements of Henan Province's epidemic prevention and control headquarters, in order to scientifically and accurately implement various prevention and control measures, and effectively ensure the health and safety of the general public. The announcement of the adjustment of some epidemic prevention and control measures is as follows:

First, take the initiative to report. All new personnel must be reported in the "new office" in advance, and the submission is submitted according to the report. When entering the new, it must hold a 48 -hour kernel test negative certificate, and cooperate with the epidemic prevention and control department to implement information inspection and nucleic acid testing.

2. New personnel in high, medium, and low -risk areas. Within 7 days, there are new personnel who live in a high -risk zone to implement the "7 -day centralized isolation medical observation", each one, 2, 3, 5, and 7 days each performs a nucleic acid test; New personnel, implement the "7 Heavenly House Observation Medical Observation", each 1, 3, 5, and 7 days of each nucleic acid detection. If there is no conditional observation conditions for home isolation medicine, centralized isolation medical observation is adopted. Within 7 days, new personnel who have a history of low -risk areas have performed nucleic acid testing at each 1, 3, 5, and 7 days during the new period, and personal protection and health monitoring are performed to avoid gathering.

Third, new personnel are not divided into high, medium, and low -risk areas. Within 7 days, communities (villages), streets (townships), and counties (cities, districts) with cases of infected cases in the society are inspected and managed by personnel in high, central and low -risk areas, respectively.

Fourth, other new personnel. During the new period, a nucleic acid detection was performed on the first, 3, 5, and 7 days.

The above measures will be dynamically adjusted in accordance with the changes in relevant national and provincial policies and the changes in the prevention and control situation of the epidemic.
