The public recruitment service platform issued a recruitment announcement, published recruitment post information such as secretary, financial accounting, actor, clothing design, director and other matters, as well as basic conditions, job requirements, recruitment processes and other matters. The recruitment process includes registration and qualification review, examination, physical examination and inspection, publicity, and employment.

According to statistics, a total of 590 people registered in this recruitment, of which 447 were qualified for review. According to the final score of the candidates, 10 were determined from high to low, and 10 were planned to be employed. Specifically, 7 actors, 1 director post, 1 audio operation post, and 1 clothing design post. About qualifications for those who are hired.
