Regarding recruitment procedures. In accordance with the "Interim Regulations on the Public Recruitment of Public Institutions", our college formulated the recruitment plan for fresh graduates of colleges and universities in 2022 in accordance with the needs of art production and annual graduate receiving plans. The public recruitment service platform issued a recruitment announcement, published recruitment post information such as secretary, financial accounting, actor, clothing design, director and other matters, as well as basic conditions, job requirements, recruitment processes and other matters. The recruitment process includes registration and qualification review, examination, physical examination and inspection, publicity, and employment.
According to statistics, a total of 590 people registered in this recruitment, of which 447 were qualified for review. According to the final score of the candidates, 10 were determined from high to low, and 10 proposed employees were determined. Specifically, 7 actors, 1 director post, 1 audio operation post, and 1 clothing design post. The recruitment process implements the principles of openness, equality, competition, and selection, and strictly follow the recruitment announcement to perform the procedure.
About qualifications for those who are hired. The recruitment announcement clarifies the eight basic conditions that the applicants should have, and the qualifications prescribed by the recruitment position, including academic qualifications and job professional requirements. After qualification review, all personnel are intended to meet the requirements.
In response to the issues of some proposed personnel reported by netizens, the qualifications of the "non -employed personnel" were not met, and we reviewed the qualification conditions of 10 personnel to be hired. Ten people did not sign a labor contract with any unit during the school. Pay social insurance. The first test was conducted from April 14th to 16th, and all 223 participated in an online manner. At the same time, we also inspected the problems and deficiencies in the recruitment work. For example, only the shortlisted personnel entered the next round of interviews, and did not notify the personnel who did not be shortlisted, and brought confusion and inconvenience to some applicants.
