Standardize publicity advertisements. Standardize school qualifications. Specify price standards. Adhere to the training of public welfare, strictly implement the training price filing system, and publicize it in a prominent position. Strictly charges in accordance with the filing price, and must not maliciously increase the price.

Standardize charging management. Take the initiative to sign the "Chongqing Primary and Middle School Student Training Service Contracts (Demonstration Text)" and actively issue regular invoices, not to collect tuition fees for more than 3 months or 60 hours. Private transactions are deposited into other accounts of the institution.

Standardize practitioners. In -service teachers in primary and secondary schools must not be hired, and all employees must conduct guilty inquiry before joining the job.
