After in -depth investigation, the customs anti -smuggling department also found that two other gangs who organized personnel to "buy" smuggling by the same method in the area of ​​the jurisdiction.

The Qingdao Customs Anti -Smuggling Bureau launched a centralized network collection operation, destroying three smuggling cosmetics, electronic products, wine gangs and multiple related sales gangs in Rizhao, Haikou, Sanya and other places.

It is understood that the tax -free shopping policy of outlying islands is one of the important contents of the early harvest of Hainan Free Trade Port. Since July 1, 2021, the annual tax -free shopping quota of outlying islands has increased from 30,000 yuan to 100,000 yuan, and tax -free commodities have increased from 38 to 45. According to the regulations, the tax -free goods that have been purchased are the final products used by consumers personal use, and they must not enter the domestic market for sales again. Regarding the illegal act of smuggling of the "purchase" of the outlying islands' tax -free policy, the customs always adheres to the high -pressure beating trend of the combination of "showing up" and "breaking the big case, playing gang, and destroying the Internet".
