In order to raise fiscal funds and support the development of the national economy and social undertakings, the Ministry of Finance decided to issue 2022 notes (35 issues) Treasury bonds (91 days). The notice of the issuance of this issuance is as follows:

1. Publishing conditions

(1) variety and quantity. This issue of Treasury bonds is 91 days of discount debt, which is issued at the price below the ticket amount. The total face value of competitive bidding is 55 billion yuan, and the bidding of class A members will be added.

(2) Date arrangement. Bidding on July 15, 2022; interest calculation starts on July 18; distribution of bidding to July 18; and trading on July 20.

(3) Reduction arrangement. In this issue of Treasury bonds on October 17, 2022 (extension of holidays), repaid the face value.

(4) Competitive bidding time. July 15, 2022 10:35 to 11:35.

2. Competitive bidding

(1) Tendering method. Adopt a modified multiple price bidding method, the target is the price.

(2) Limited. The bidding bidding is 0.002 yuan. The bidding abolition, winning bid exclusion, and the bidding bidding difference between each underwriting group are 60, 50, and 50 bids, respectively.

3. Payment of issuance of issuance

A member of the winning underwriting group will be issued to the designated account of the Ministry of Finance on July 18, 2022 (including July 18). The payment date is subject to the date of receiving the payment of the account designated by the Ministry of Finance.
