At the same time, strengthen the application of the owner's decision -making electronic voting system, rely on the municipal electronic voting system, and establish an electronic voting database of the property service area, and promote the preferential use of the electronic voting method to vote on the matters of the property management activity. The electronic voting period does not exceed 30 days, and the voting system automatically statistical voting opinions, generating voting summary results and voting details, which are more time -effective and credible. 446 communities have established voting databases, and 110 communities that have carried out electronic voting have been carried out.

Panyu District actively strengthened the supervision of the use of property maintenance funds, formulated regulatory plans, established project accounts, and focused on the application of property projects with a large number of ancestors and large amounts. Strengthen the supervision in the past, advance the third -party review session until the review allocation, and timely correct the problems such as high unit price and insufficient engineering quantity, and conduct on -site inspections on emergency use projects of more than 50,000 yuan. This year, 12 projects were reviewed, and the review amount was 90.804 million yuan.

In addition, Panyu District has also strengthened the publicity of property service information, incorporated information disclosure into the daily inspection items of property services, and disclosed the business license, project responsible personnel, charging standards and other information at the charging place. The location is open to various complaints and emergency rescue telephones to make long -term disclosure and timely update; the publicity service fee and the revenue and expenditure of common funds are made every quarter. The public time continues to the next publicity period. Representatives of the committee signed and confirmed, accepting supervision, and the current publicity rate is 100%.
