CCTV News: The CBRC disclosed on July 14 that in the first half of this year, my country's banking insurance industry maintained a steady and rapid development, and its main operations and risk indicators were in a reasonable range.

Data show that at the end of June this year, the total assets of my country's banking financial institutions were 3.6.04 trillion yuan, an increase of 9.6%year -on -year; the total assets of the insurance industry were 2.66 trillion yuan, an increase of 11.1%year -on -year.In the first half of the year, while adding 13.7 trillion yuan of RMB loans, the quality of credit assets of banking industry was basically stable, and the risk replacement capacity was sufficient.

At the end of June, the balance of non -performing loans of banking financial institutions was 3.8 trillion yuan, and the non -performing loan ratio was 1.77%, a decrease of 0.05 percentage points from the beginning of the year.In addition, from January to June this year, the insurance company's original insurance premium income was 2.8 trillion yuan, a year -on -year increase of 5.1%; the insurance industry compensation expenditure and payment cumulatively 776.8 billion yuan, a year -on -year increase of 3.1%.
