The agreement shows that the transition period is signed from July 14, 2022 to the completion of the teaching tasks of the school year in July 2024. After the transition period, Shanxi University Affiliated Middle School completely withdrew from the teaching and management of Zhida Middle School.

During the transition period, the three parties jointly promised to respond to the students of level 2020 and 2021 to achieve the "five unchanged", that is,:

Students' schooling address is unchanged, the charging standards remain unchanged. Taiyuan ’s education department promised that the directional student policy and indicators during the middle school entrance examination remain unchanged.

Zhang Xin Ai Ren Zhida Middle School was selected by Shanxi University Affiliated Middle School to uniformly take responsibility for the school's education resources such as financial, material, and management. The principal and vice president were in place on the day of the agreement.
