However, because the defense optical cable belongs to military facilities, there is a confidentiality requirement, and it is inconvenient to hire lawyers from the society. After accepting the case, the joint case handling team communicated with the army many times to guide the writing of prosecutions, transforming confidential information, supplementary and perfect evidence, and formulated a plan to appeal in court around the focus of the dispute. On March 25, 2022, the case was tried in the Xinhui District Court. On April 20, the Xinhui District Court made a first trial judgment to support the army's claims to judge the insurance company's compensation for maintenance costs of more than 120,000 yuan. At present, the troops have received all compensation.
