CCTV News: According to data released by the National Bureau of Statistics on July 14, the total output of summer food in 2022 was 147.39 million tons, an increase of 1.0%over 2021.

From the perspective of sowing area, the national summer grain sowing area was 26530,000 hectares in 2022, an increase of 92.1,000 hectares from 2021 and an increase of 0.3%.Among them, the planting area of the wheat was 22962,000 hectares, an increase of 50.8 thousand hectares and an increase of 0.2%over 2021.

The area of summer grain units in the country was 5555.6 kg/hectares, an increase of 34.9 kg/hectares over 2021, an increase of 0.6%.Among them, the area of wheat unit area was 5912.3 kg/hectares, an increase of 43.0 kg/hectares from 2021, an increase of 0.7%.

From the perspective of the total output of summer grain, the total output of summer food in 2022 was 147.39 million tons, an increase of 1.434 million tons and an increase of 1.0%over 2021.Among them, the output of wheat was 135.76 million tons, an increase of 1.286 million tons from 2021, an increase of 1.0%.
