The Public Security Bureau and the County Market Supervision Bureau have launched actions to crack down on illegal medicine "wind and thunder" from July 2022. The relevant matters are announced as follows:

1. The focus of rectification

(4) Resolutely crack down on the guise of "health care" and "disease research institutes", which essentially illegally carried out medical activities;

(5) Focusing on urban life beauty service agencies, private work clubs, etc., illegal medical cosmetic behavior;

(6) Increase the investigation and punishment of medical beauty services for medical beauty institutions;

(7) Resolutely investigate the behavior of doctors who have not carried out practice activities in accordance with registered practicing locations, practice categories, and scope of practice;

(8) Focusing on illegal medical cases and unpaid clues that have been complained in recent years and the investigation and punishment of complaints and investigations, it is further verified whether the banned illegal medical sites have "dead ash" and whether the new clues have not been verified.

2. For units or individuals who have not implemented the prevention and control measures for the implementation of illegal medical practice and the launch of diagnosis and treatment activities, they have not yet constituted crimes, shall be ordered to stop illegal medical behavior, confiscate illegal income, and fines in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.

4. From the date of the announcement of this notice, any illegal medical institution that has not obtained the "Practice License of Medical Institutions" should be closed immediately to stop illegal medical activities.

Those who use violence and threats to hinder the execution of official duties or blatantly insulted health law enforcement officers, and the public security organs will impose public security punishments in accordance with the law to constitute criminal responsibility in accordance with the law.

6. Remind the general public to go to a legal medical institution for the safety and health rights and health rights of others, and consciously take personal protection measures to cope with the epidemic.
