1. Product supervision policy and implementation standards

From October 1, 2019, home gas equipment (home gas stove, home gas fast water heater, gas heating water furnace) are included in the scope of CCC certification management; from October 1, 2020 Household gas equipment marked with compulsory certification signs shall not be used in factory, sales, imports or in other business activities.

The execution standards include GB 16410-2007 "Home Gas Stove", GB 6932-2015 "Home Gas Fast Water Heater", GB 25034-2010 "Gas heating water furnace", GB 35848-2018 "Commercial Gas Burning Equipment", GB 35844- The 2018 "Bottle LNG Pressurer" and GB 29993-2013 "Technical Conditions and Evaluation Methods for Household Gas Make Rubber and Plastic Hoster Pipes and Hoschen Pipe Components. Metal hoses have no mandatory standards.

2. Keep focusing on key products

(1) Home gas stove 家

1. Bright protection device

Check whether there is a stove -off protection device (about 2-4 mm in diameter), which is generally installed on the side of the fire cover (see Figure 1)

2. Certification signs

The household gas production produced after October 1, 2020 must have CCC forced certification logo. On the national certification and recognition information public service platform website, further verification of corporate information and certification models can be further verified. (See Figure 2)

3. Gas duct structure

When the gas catheter adopts a hose connector, the two structures (φ9.5mm and φ13mm) shown in the GB 16410-2007 "Home Gas Stove" should be complied with the GB 16410-2007 "House Tower" (see Figure 3). The unqualified structure of the gas duct may lead to risks such as the gas pipe shedding and leakage.

(2) Commercial gas stove 商 (flameout protection device)

At present, most of the products on the market use the thermocouple flameout protection device, and there are two probes of the stove. (See Figure 4)

(3) Rubber and plastic hose (product logo)

The hose for the connection of gas tools is used for the hose for the connection of the home gas export and the connection of the user gas burning appliance. Different from the materials: metal (ripple) hose and non -metallic (rubber or rubber and plastic composite) hose. The continuous length on rubber or rubber and plastic hoses is marked every 300mm or single -rooted hoses: product name, specifications, manufacturer names or abbreviations, product standard numbers, manufacturing quarterly and year, and periods of use. (See Figure 5)

(4) Compression regulator (commonly known as: pressure reduction valve or pressure regulating valve)

1. Product logo

There should be instructions, qualification certificates, etc. in the packaging. There is a manufacturer name for the pressure regulator shell

(Query authenticity), trademarks, models, production date and gas flow direction.

2. Structured

The pressure regulator should take reliable measures to prevent changing the setting state of the pressure regulator. The regulatory component of the regulator setting state should be sealed, that is, the pressure regulator cannot have the adjustment function (see Figure 6)

3. Structure 2
