In accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the Ministry of Finance's "Notice on Adjusting the Basic Pension of Retirees in 2022" (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security [2022] No. 27), the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security will be reported to the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security by the People's Government of the Autonomous Region. The Ministry of Finance is filed, and the relevant matters related to the basic pension adjustment of retirees in our district in 2022 are as follows:

1. Adjust range

Before December 31, 2021, retirees (retired personnel) who handled the retirement (retirement) procedures and received the basic pension (retired living expenses) on a monthly basis, hereinafter referred to as retirees.

2. Retirees' basic pension adjustment standards

(1) Fixed adjustment. Each retirement increases 45 yuan per month.

(2) Adjust the level of pension. The basic pension is increased at 1.6%of the basic pension level in December 2021 in December 2021 (the adjustment base is subject to the inclusion of the endowment insurance fund payment project).

(3) Adjustment of the payment period. The payment period of 15 years or below increases by 0.5 yuan for each year; the part of 16 to 30 years increases by 1 yuan for each year; 31 years and above, each year increases by 2 yuan (the payment period includes the implementation of personal payment The continuous working age before the system is calculated at less than 1 year, and the working age is not converted in accordance with relevant regulations). If this adjustment is less than 7.5 yuan, it is adjusted at 7.5 yuan.

(4) Adjust the tilt of the elderly group. As of December 31, 2021, retirees aged 70 have increased by 30 yuan per person per month; retirees over 70 years of age increased by 1 yuan for each year.

After the corporate retirement army transferred the pension in accordance with the above standards, if the average level of pensions of the local enterprise retirees are lower than the local enterprise retirees, they will make up for the average level of pensions of local enterprise retirees.

Third, execution time

Adjustment of the increased basic pension will be implemented from January 1, 2022.

Fourth, adjust the funds required for basic pensions
