The other party promised to lose money for her, and she could give 10 yuan compensation, but download the app according to the other party's request. Ms. Huang believes that she is true, and adds a customer service WeChat to receive the lost 82 yuan.

Then the other party called her to induce her to download an app called the "Midmark Conference" on the grounds of the reporting system. At this time, Ms. Huang, who was preparing to follow up, was stopped by the platform to stop the team members in time. More than 10,000 yuan.

"What you encounter is to pretend to be a customer service fraud, and the scammers will induce you to transfer money!" The police conducted targeted anti -fraud propaganda to Ms. Huang, reminding him to close the overseas call function, and download the National Anti -Fraud Center APP.

There are three main forms of fraud in "pretending to customer service":

Pretend to be a courier company customer service, insurance company claims customer service;

Pretend to be a customer service, merchant customer service;

Precurs financial regulatory agencies, banks, online lending companies, food ordering platforms, vehicle insurance company customer service.
