Under the mediation, the labor salary was paid in the hands of the four plaintiffs, and the dispute over labor cases was concluded. In the 100 -day tackling operation, the judge of the quick layout set up a full -scale awareness of chess, actively urged the mediation case to perform automatically, and continuously improved the sense of judicial gain of the parties.

In the above cases, the four plaintiffs were all rural women around 60 years old. They were not easy to work. The salary was for up to five years. The judge also felt full of accomplishment.
