"Dunhuang Power" promotes the dream of domestic large aircraft to sail

Recently, Dunhuang Mogao International Airport received a banner and thanks letter from the China Commercial Aircraft Co., Ltd. thanked Dunhuang Mogao International Airport for its strong support during the guarantee of the domestic large -scale civil airliner C919 test flight.

The domestic C919 large passenger aircraft has been transferred to Dunhuang since August 7, 2020. Based on the belief of contributing to the Chinese civil aircraft test flight, Dunhuang Mogao International Airport's care at the Northwest Regional Administration of the Northwest China, Gansu Regulatory Bureau, and Gansu Air Management Bureau Under the guidance, with the strong support of the Provincial Civil Aviation Airport Group, give full play to the advantages of resource and overall coordination, formed four sets of guarantee working mechanisms to enhance the effectiveness of systematic security services and guarantee. The test flight tasks of the three machines were completed, and a total of 1686 test flights were guaranteed.

In order to better provide service guarantee, the "China Commercial Flying Plane Trial flight Center Dunhuang Testing Base" was officially listed on Dunhuang to settle in Dunhuang, using Dunhuang Mogao International Airport as a common flight base to carry out simulated route operation verification test flights. The test flight guarantee capabilities and level have reached higher steps. During the test flight, the C919 also set five records since C919 launched the test flight. The overall test flight efficiency has exceeded the average level of international civil aircraft test flights.

At present, the C919 has completed the phased task during the Dunhuang period. In the next stage, Dunhuang Mogao International Airport will further ensure the work of C919 subsequent stages. The aircraft industry continues to contribute "Dunhuang Power".
