Announcement of the relevant matters of the temporary parking berth classification is as follows:

I. According to the current situation of the construction and development of Ziyang City, the temporary parking spaces of motor vehicles (including car roads, sidewalks, and parks) of Chengdong New District are divided into class A, B, and C. Class A and B parking spaces are toll parking spaces, and Class C parking spaces are parked for free.

Class A parking space refers to the large -distance parking berth in the road with large road traffic flow, large parking demand, and contradiction between supply and demand.

Class B parking refers to the temporary parking berth in the road with a balanced demand, a balanced supply and demand, and a relatively small regional region in areas.

Class C parking space refers to temporary motor vehicle parking spaces in the road with sufficient parking spaces, less contradiction between supply and demand, or a small number of old residential district supporting parking spaces with small roads that need to be temporarily parking on the road to temporarily park on the road.

2. The charges of temporary parking spaces within and surrounding areas in Chengdong New District are strictly implemented in accordance with the "Differential Toll Standards for Motor Vehicles in the Main City District of Ziyang City" (Zifa Reform Price [2021] No. 25).

3. The parking charges for temporary parking space in the road and surrounding motor vehicles will be implemented in batches from July 20, 2022. The charging period is 8: 00-21: 00 per day, for a total of 13 hours. The rest of the time is free.

4. In accordance with Article 13 of the "Parking Regulations on the Motor Vehicle Parking Regulations of Ziyang City", the traffic management and urban management administrative law enforcement departments are responsible for setting up and adjusting road temporary parking berths to determine the time period of allow parking. Other units and individuals shall not set up temporary parking berths on urban roads.
