In 1995, the Yuenan Community Health Service of Fuxing Hospital Affiliated to the Capital Medical University was launched. I left the post of Executive Deputy Dean of Fuxing Hospital and chose to take root in grassroots medical care. In 1996, we rented a 15 -square -meter room in the three districts of Sanli River and created the "Red Apple Community Health Service Station", which is the prototype of the Yuenan Community Health Service Center. At the beginning of the founding, the health service station faced many difficulties, but I think that since I chose this road, I must go well and be the "medical servicers" and "health gatekeeper" around the people. This belief has been supporting me to the present.

In 2000, after the "Red Apple Community Health Service Station" merged with Yuenan Hospital, the "Fuxing Hospital Yuenan Community Health Service Center" was officially established. I led the center team to formulate a community management manual for coronary heart disease and stroke of 8 diseases, as well as the standards and methods of chronic disease referral, rehabilitation and prevention. practice. We explore the clinical path of "two -way referral" diagnosis and treatment, implement the family doctor responsibility system and first diagnosis system, and use the Internet technology to set up an information network service system that extends to the superior Fuxing Hospital and residents' families. model. The good medical mode of "first -level consultation, two -way referral, rapid division of treatment, and up and down linkage" runs smoothly, and the health management of residents can be sustainable. At present, 9 community health service stations have been established in the center, forming an integrated service pattern of "Fuxing Hospital-Central-9 Community Health Service Station", which can provide 150,000 residents of Yuenan community to provide prevention, treatment, health care, rehabilitation, and health. Education and health promotion to many integration medical and health services have given residents in the jurisdictions full of health and happiness.

With the booming development of community health, I realize the importance of the development of general medical disciplines and the training of general medical talents. Training a general doctor who can take root is my goal. Since 2001, I have led the Yuenan Community Health Service Center to set up the General Medical Teaching and Research Office of the General Medicine to undertake a master's degree in general medicine and doctoral education of general medical scientific research. Stay at the grassroots level as a general doctor. Thanks to the training of general medical talents and the team's refinement, the center has undertaken 15 scientific research projects such as national, provincial and ministerial levels so far.
