I. The approval module is officially opened from the date of release of this article to apply for application, acceptance, approval and other businesses for the research on anesthesia drugs and psychiatric drug experiments.

2. The application unit can log in to the "Online Office of the State Drug Administration" (http://zwfw.nmpa.gov.cn) to submit an application for anesthesia drugs and psychotropic drug experiments.
