The demand for logistics in Shanxi in June increased significantly

The Shanxi Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology recently released news that in June, the logistics industry prosperity index of our province was 55.0%, an increase of 3.4 percentage points from the previous month, 2.9 percentage points higher than the national logistics industry prosperity index (52.1%). As the logistics channels of our province have fully recovered, business activities at both ends of market supply and demand are becoming active. From the perspective of the industry, due to the active influence of e -commerce promotions and online consumption demand in the year, the express delivery business is active, and the freight volume of the large cargo railway transportation industry is still growing.

The total business volume and the new order index rose, and the demand for logistics increased significantly. In June, the total business index was 55.0%, an increase of 3.4 percentage points from the previous month; the new order index rose 4.2 percentage points from the previous month to 55.0%. The business activities of manufacturing enterprises and logistics enterprises have gradually resumed to maintain a stable and rising trend.

The average inventory index rose, and the number of inventory weeks was flat. In June, the average inventory index rose 3.5 percentage points from the previous month to 57.2%; the number of inventory weeks was basically the same as the previous month, which was 57.4%. It shows that the upstream logistics business of the enterprise is active, and the logistics operation efficiency is relatively stable.

The equipment utilization index rebounded. In June, the equipment utilization index rose 3.4 percentage points from the previous month to 55.0%, showing that the operating efficiency of the enterprise was improved.

Judging from the later trend, the new order index is 55%, the business activities expectation index is 55.1%, which is in the expansion range, and the market demand is stable. It indicates that logistics companies have great confidence in the future industry trend. Essence
