This year marks the 100th anniversary of the policy of the Communist Party of China. Over the past century, the party has always adhered to the eternal theme of the United Front as a united front, and to the greatest extent for the victory of revolution, construction, and reform. Over the past century, under the leadership of the party, Hunan has played an important role in various historical periods of the united front and made positive contributions.

It is usually believed that before the cooperation of the KMT and the Communist Party, the Kuomintang was an old party and the big party; the Communist Party was a new party and a small party. But in Hunan at that time, the situation was exactly the opposite: there were few Kuomintang members in Xiang at this time, and no activities were carried out.

In Hunan, the Kuomintang branch has survived for a while. In October 1912, in order to organize the Kuomintang's cabinet, Song Jianren sent Qiu Ao back to Hunan to organize the "Kuomintang Hunan Branch" to run for members. In March of the following year, Yuan Shikai secretly instructed Hong Shuzu to assassinate Song Jiaoren. Due to Song Jiaoren's death, the Kuomintang became relatively scattered. Qiu Ao had to leave Hunan, and the Kuomintang Hunan branch was not realistic. In 1921, Qin Zhen was sent back to Hunan to reorganize the Chinese Kuomintang Hunan branch by Sun Yat -sen, but his results were not ideal. Later, lawyer Qiu Weizhen became the head of the Kuomintang Hunan branch. However, the organization rarely had decent activities and was in a state of fame.

Under the leadership of the Hunan Executive Committee of the Hunan Hunan District, the Hunan Communist Party has been well -carried out, and Chen Duxiu was praised by Chen Duxiu in the three major CCP. In 1923, the Executive Committee of the Xiang District of the Communist Party of China accepted Mao Zedong's suggestion that He Shuheng, Xia Xi, Liu Shaoqi, and the Kuomintang's Qin Zhen and Qiu Weizhen set up preparatory groups to carry out the construction of the Hunan Kuomintang organization. In June of that year, the first and second parts of the Chinese Kuomintang were formally established in Changsha, and then the third and fourth divisions were established in Ningxiang and Pingxiang, Jiangxi. After that, the four sub -division joint offices were established in Changsha. The Kuomintang members of the province have developed to more than 900 people.

In January 1924, the first National Congress of the Chinese Kuomintang was held in Guangzhou, establishing the three major policies of "United Russia, the Communist Party of China, and helping agriculture." In March of the same year, Xia Xi accepted the Kuomintang Central Committee, organized a temporary provincial party department, and presided over the registration of party members. One month later, the executive committee of the Chinese Kuomintang's Hunan Temporary Provincial Party Department was established. Executive members include Xia Xi, He Shuheng, Li Weihan, Qiu Weizhen, Li Da, Guo Liang, Luo Zonghan, Li Liuru, etc. Among them, Xia Xi served as the director and organizational work of the Executive Committee. He Shuheng served as the executive committee member and in charge of financial work. The establishment of the Executive Committee of the Hunan Provincial Party Department of the Kuomintang Hunan shows that Hunan has initially established a united front of the Kuomintang and Communist cooperation.

In order to establish and develop the province's Kuomintang organization, the CPC Hunan District Executive Committee established the National Sports Commission, and sent a large number of party members and members to go deep into various places to assist the Kuomintang left factions to establish city and county party departments and develop KMT members. In mid -May 1924, all the Communist Party members of the Hunan District had become members of the Kuomintang, and more than 80 % of the young socialist youth members were no exception. In the process of developing the Kuomintang grass -roots organizations, Communist Party members and youth members play a decisive role. Everyone uses extensive publicity, in -depth launch, secret connection, and inspecting methods to absorb the Kuomintang party members. Once the conditions are mature, they will establish grass -roots KMT organizations. Li Weihan, secretary of the Xiang District Party Committee, personally visited the work of the Kuomintang in Ningxiang, Hengyang, Hengshan, Xiangtan and other places, attended the establishment meeting of the Kuomintang Party Department of Hengyang and Ningxiang, and gave a mobilization speech.

Changsha people mourn Sun Yat -sen

In March 1925, Sun Yat -sen died in Beijing, and 500,000 people participated in the commemorative event within 3 days in Changsha area, the scale can be described as unprecedented. And this has also become the key point for the first time the Kuomintang and Communist cooperation in Hunan. The Temporary Hunan Provincial Party headed by Xia Xi, headed by Xia Xi, has absorbed more than 1,500 new party members in the event of mourning Sun Yat -sen and promoting the Kuomintang conference without losing time, rapidly strengthening the Kuomintang and expanding the revolutionary united front. By September of that year, there were 17 counties and cities in Hunan established the Kuomintang organization with 2750 party members.

From May 25th to June 1st, 1925, the Hunan Provincial Party Department of the Kuomintang Hunan convened representatives from various places to secretly hold the first provincial congress in Changsha. Among them, except for Li Rongzhi, Luo Zonghan, and Qiu Weizhen as the Kuomintang left, the rest were members of the Kuomintang Communist Party, accounting for 77% of the total number Essence The official establishment of the Kuomintang Hunan Provincial Party Department shows that the new situation of the KMT and the Communist Party has been realized in Hunan, expanding the joint front of the Hunan Revolution, and laid the political foundation for the arrival of the Hunan Revolution's climax.

The Executive Committee of the Hunan District of the Communist Party of China has taken into account the establishment of the Hunan Kuomintang party organization late and it is difficult to fully exert it in many sports. Then, it has adopted a strategy of active responsibility and full help to play a leading role in the joint front. In November 1925, in accordance with the instructions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, the Executive Committee of the Xiang District of the Communist Party of China was renamed the Hunan District Executive Committee of the Communist Party of China, supplemented by some leading members. In the cooperation with the Kuomintang, the Xiang District Party Committee and the Hunan District Executive Committee focused on the leadership role in organizations and politics.
