Another factor that cannot be ignored is that for the energy revolution guided by technology and innovation, high -tech talents are the key elements of industrial development. Compared with the shortcomings of talent construction in some cities, Wuhan is also quite advantageous in this regard.

For example, Wuhan University of Science and Technology is one of the earliest universities in my country to study the key technologies of hydrogen fuel cells. It has undertaken a number of major special technologies in the National "863" plan. Wuhan University and Huazhong University of Science and Technology are also important support for the hydrogen energy industry in my country. Open the industrial chain

It is undeniable that the biggest driving force for the current development of the hydrogen energy industry in my country comes from policy. While the national level is densely issued by the hydrogen energy industry related policies, local governments have also introduced the development planning planning of the hydrogen energy industry. The policy basically covers core technology breakthroughs, hydrogenation stations, and support for demonstration application zones. For the construction of hydrogen refueling stations and hydrogen retail prices in the industry, Shanghai proposed that the maximum subsidy funds of each hydrogen refueling station shall not exceed 5 million yuan, 4 million yuan, and 3 million yuan, respectively. The main body of the hydrogenation station with a retail price of hydrogen does not exceed 35 yuan/kg, and subsidies are given according to the actual sales volume of hydrogen.

Wuhan also stated that it will also support the investment and operation of hydrogenation stations. Henan, Guangdong, Shandong and other places have announced key projects of the hydrogen energy industry.
