Nanyang City has continuously improved the modern public cultural service system

On July 12, Henan Province's 2021 modern public cultural service system construction performance assessment of the Nanyang Report was held. The second assessment team of the Provincial Public Cultural Service System Construction Coordination Leading Group evaluated our city.

At the report, the relevant person in charge of the assessment team introduced the background, purpose, significance of performance assessment, and the evaluation steps, methods and relevant requirements. The person in charge stated that it was hoped that relevant departments would play a role in public cultural services in accordance with the needs of the integration of cultural tourism to better meet the growing spiritual and cultural needs of the people.

In recent years, our city has aimed at building a strong cultural city, the driving force for reform and innovation, and based on standardization and equalization as the focus. It has adopted a series of policies and measures to solidly promote the construction of public cultural infrastructure. The public cultural service system has been continuously improved. The public cultural network covering urban and rural areas has basically formed, and the basic culture of the people needs to be continuously satisfied.

In 2021, our city comprehensively promoted the creation of rural cultural cooperatives, and used the enthusiasm of the people's self -organized cultural activities; actively carried out the creation of new public cultural spaces, promoted the "embedded" service of public culture; Level; innovate the cultural activities of grassroots mass, active the spiritual and cultural life of the masses, and make significant progress in the construction of the city's public cultural service system.

In the next step, in accordance with the deployment requirements of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial Government, and the Provincial Culture and Tourism Department, our city will closely focus on the goals of building a strong cultural city to meet the spiritual and cultural needs of the people as the starting point and end point, and continue to strengthen the organization and leadership. Improve the working mechanism, increase the investment of manpower and financial resources, further improve the modern public cultural service system, and build a surging cultural force for the city's construction of a modern province.
