Since the "Thirteenth Five -Year Plan", the Municipal Government Service Data Management Bureau has made full use of the results of the construction of the digital government in Guangzhou according to the work deployment of the municipal party committee and municipal government. Relying on basic platforms such as CIM, it has created a combination of perception, analysis, service, management, and command. The "Sui Smart Management" city operation management center, loading the city -related information through CIM, and vigorously promoting the intelligent transformation of urban governance.

Up to now, "Sui Si Management" has connected 35 municipal departments and a total of 115 business systems, accessing 84,000 IoT sensing terminal equipment in the city, collecting more than 7.2 billion cities to operate data, generating 3103 urban signs data items , Build five urban basic elements of "people, enterprises, land, objects, and politics", basically realize the "one -screen view" of urban operation, and the key indicators of urban operational signs "one picture unified", which is scientific for leaders at all levels. Decisions and command scheduling provide intelligent support. It can be said that the planning, construction, and operation of the "Sui Si Management" platform cannot be separated from the basic and critical digital base of CIM.
