After filling in personal information in turn according to the requirements of the website, the current medical insurance is displayed on the page. The bank card needs to be bound to upgrade. Xiaoli binds the bank card as required, and then shows that the verification code is required.

Before Xiaoli reacted, the mobile phone text message showed two text messages, a verification code and a transaction of 5148.53 yuan. When Xiaoli checked the balance of the bank card, he found that the bank account funds were transferred out, so he immediately called the police.
