The next day, Li Moumou sold 4 methamphetamine tablets to the drug surgeon Liu Moumou at a price of 500 yuan. The two parties were arrested by the police on the spot during the transaction. The police seized the net weight of 0.36 grams from Li Moumou.

The court believes that Li Moumou's violations of national drug management prohibited regulations, knowing the behavior of drug trafficking to others, has constituted the crime of drug trafficking. However, after considering Li Moumou's truthful confession, he confessed his crimes, had a frank plot, and pleaded guilty. He could be punished from lightly according to law.
